Pursuant to Title 29, Chapter 10 of the District of Columbia Code (the D.C. Limited Liability Company Act of 1994), The
Company, which is called Qasas Multimedia International LLC, was formed on April 8 2007 and has adopted the legal form
of “Limited Liability Corporation”, governed by current and future legislative and regulatory provisions set forth by the District of
Columbia’s Department of Consumer & Regulatory Affairs and The United States Federal Government. “Qasas Multimedia”
began operation as a sole proprietorship in 1997 providing web development and graphic services to entertainment and sports
clients.

Qasas Multimedia International currently offers its services to all private sector businesses and individuals.
Qasas Multimedia does not offer services to federal and local government agencies.

Qasas Multimedia International, LLC is solely owned by James A. Lumpkin III (St James III).

James A. Lumpkin III pka St James III is an American Entrepreneur, Web Developer, Music Producer/Musician, Photographer and aspiring Film Producer/Director.

James is an experienced Web Development Specialist with fourteen (14) years of IT experience; focusing on
backend web deployment, administration and maintenance. He also has ten (10) years of graphic development
experience for the web and print media. During the course of his IT experience, James obtained skills in
Web Development with emphasis on media rich content and scripting languages. The software products with which
he is proficient for web development include Adobe Flash (with Actionscripting), AdobePhotoshop, Adobe Illustrator, MySQL, PHP, XML, CSS, ASP, and Javascript.
